Adwuma HR

Human resources for rural & community banks

Built for Ghana

The HR office your rural bank has been running on paper.

Most of Ghana's rural and community banks keep staff records in ledgers and compute payroll in a spreadsheet that one person understands. Adwuma HR replaces both — with the SSNIT tiers, the GRA relief schedule, Act 651 leave and the cash-handling controls a supervised deposit-taking institution actually needs, already built in.

Payroll that survives an audit

SSNIT tier 1, 2 and 3, graduated PAYE, the bonus and overtime concessions, and every personal relief — computed in whole pesewas with a line-by-line trail behind each figure. Rates and bands are settings, not code, so a new budget is applied the week it is gazetted.

Leave the Labour Act recognises

Fifteen working days after twelve months' service, accrued monthly, with public holidays and weekends excluded automatically. Block leave for cash handlers is tracked as the internal control it is, and coverage is checked before an agency releases a second teller.

One staff file, not nine registers

Ghana Card, SSNIT and TIN, next of kin, hometown, guarantors, fidelity bond, service bonds, motorbikes issued and appraisals — all on one record, so confirming a probation or answering an ARB Apex Bank query takes a minute.
